Aspire People are looking for a dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Shrewsbury, starting ASAP. This is a full-time, temporary position, where you will be supporting students across all year groups and providing essential SEN (Special Educational Needs) support.

• Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting the learning of students across all year groups.
• Provide targeted support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Help manage classroom activities, behaviour, and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Work with small groups or individual students to provide additional support, focusing on academic and social development.
• Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and materials.
• Support the personal development and well-being of all students, including those with additional needs.

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
• Passionate about working with children and supporting their development.
• Willingness to work across different year groups and provide SEN support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to learning and supporting students with various needs.
