Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a fantastic school in Shrewsbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to make an impact on young learners for the remainder of the academic year.

• Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic lessons for EYFS children.
• Foster a caring, supportive environment to help children thrive both emotionally and academically.
• Work alongside the school team to ensure outstanding teaching and learning.
• Monitor and track the development of individual children, ensuring their growth is nurtured.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to keep them informed about their children’s progress.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
