Trainee Driving Instructor - Nationwide

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors due to record learner demand. No previous experience required – full training and ongoing support provided.

• Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour.
• Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours per week.
• Working 40 hours per week will earn an average of £50,000+.
• Work the hours you want – weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.
• Teach locally within a 30‑minute radius (covering 6‑8 postcodes).
• Dual‑control car options available via partner providers.
• Apply for a Trainee License after DVSA Part 2 to start earning sooner.
• Training fees can be paid back in full after 1 year (ask for details).
• New Training Academy – full training provided.

Training combines online learning, live classroom support and structured in‑car coaching. You will guide through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help qualify with confidence.

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
