Hours:

10 per week - Monday - Friday - 11:30am - 1:30pm

Term time only

Salary: Scale 1, SCP 2-3 (£12.65 per hour - £12.85 per hour)

We are seeking a caring and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of pupils during the midday break.

Duties include:

• Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and classrooms (wet play)
• Encouraging healthy eating and positive play
• Supporting pupils with medical or dietary needs
• Promoting good behaviour and resolving minor conflicts
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
• Supporting the school's ethos and safeguarding policies

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children and demonstrates sensitivity and understanding
• Is punctual, courteous, vigilant, and encouraging
• Can work well both independently and as part of a team
• Can maintain a calm and orderly environment during lunch
• Is committed to confidentiality, equality, and pupil wellbeing
• Is willing to undertake Paediatric First Aid training if not already qualified
