About the Roles

Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress.

Help create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.

Assist with classroom management, preparation of learning resources, and general administrative tasks.

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to contribute to a supportive school community.

Requirements

Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred).

A caring, adaptable, and proactive attitude.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential.
