We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to support a specialist school supporting pupils across EYFS up to Key stage 4 with complex learning needs.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students in class and across daily activities.
- Help students with communication, behaviour, and learning challenges.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and staff to deliver personalised support.
- Adapt resources and approaches to meet the needs of each student.

Who We're Looking For:
- Someone with patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting children with complex needs.
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND is highly desirable, but your dedication and willingness to learn are just as important.
- A team player who can adapt to different situations and build strong, trusting relationships with students.
