We are seeking a dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a supportive and vibrant school in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to work in a collaborative environment and make a real difference in the lives of Year 5 students.
Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the planning, delivery, and assessment of the Year 5 curriculum, ensuring that lessons are engaging, challenging, and tailored to meet the needs of all students.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where children are encouraged to explore and develop their skills across a range of subjects.
- Effectively manage classroom behavior, maintaining a positive and focused atmosphere for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in teaching across the school and support cross-curricular links.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent consultations as required.

- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a structured and engaging learning environment.
- Strong communication and team‑working skills, with a collaborative approach to working alongside colleagues.
