• Take full responsibility for the planning, delivery, and assessment of the Year 5 curriculum, ensuring that lessons are engaging, challenging, and tailored to meet the needs of all students.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where children are encouraged to explore and develop their skills across a range of subjects.
• Effectively manage classroom behavior, maintaining a positive and focused atmosphere for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in teaching across the school and support cross-curricular links.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent consultations as required.

• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a structured and engaging learning environment.
• Strong communication and team‑working skills, with a collaborative approach to working alongside colleagues.
