Customer Support Coordinator – Telford – Office based

Job details- Full time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
- £24,000 - £26,000 per annum DOE

What you'll be doing Customer support & service- Act as the first point of contact for customer support queries
- Handle billing queries, service changes, faults and complaints
- Deliver professional, responsive B2B customer service
- Provide first-line technical support and resolve common issues
- Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers
- Take ownership of issues through to resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs
