Job DescriptionWe are looking for an organised, resilient and people-focused Scheduler to join our local team.
This role is available due to the current post holder progressing within the company, reflecting our strong commitment to internal development.
This is a key coordination role, ensuring care schedules are efficient, responsive and centred around the needs of both clients and Care Professionals.
You will:
- Build and manage effective weekly schedules, factoring in travel time, holidays, training and last-minute changes.
- Respond calmly and accurately to schedule adjustments, working closely with the wider team.
- Match Care Professionals to new clients and arrange introductions alongside the client services team.
- Promote continuity of care by scheduling the same Care Professionals at consistent times wherever possible.
- Develop strong, professional relationships with clients and Care Professionals.
- Maintain accurate records on the electronic scheduling system.
- Work with recruitment and care teams to ensure care packages are resourced in a timely and sustainable way.
- Experience in a scheduling or coordination role (home care, health, logistics or similar).
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, positive and resilient approach.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, think logically and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who builds rapport quickly and professionally.
- Salary: £25,000 per annum, increasing following a successful probationary period.
