The Role
** We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Midlands offices (Shrewsbury and Cheshire). You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling various administrative tasks and supporting the sales team.
*
* Responsibilities include:

*** Diary management, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence on behalf of the West Midlands team.
* Assist in data entry, generating reports, and compiling information as required by the team.
* Assist in drafting and collating pitching material.
* Support team members with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel based tasks.
* Organising photographs, floor plans and EPC visits.
* Brochure creation / design.
* Assist with launching properties.
* Maintain office efficiency by organising and implementing administrative systems and procedures.
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, surveyors, mortgage brokers, solicitors and other agents.
* Undertaking Client due Diligence (CDD) checks in line with Anti Money Laundering processes outlined by the operations manager.
* Executing all marketing plans for the region including direct mail, touting, print media and social media.
* Being an ambassador for the Knight Frank brand and encompassing the KF Brand values.

* Skills:

*** Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
* Knowledge or experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential.
* Strong geographical knowledge of Shropshire and Cheshire would be very desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
* Ability to work through periods of high workload.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a co-operative attitude.
* Software:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling
