Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Administrator to join the Wealth Management team in our Shrewsbury office on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the day‑to‑day ongoing administration of client accounts. This is a busy and varied role and no two days will be the same. You will be providing the best possible service to our colleagues and clients as part of a cohort of likeminded individuals who strive to achieve great results while constantly learning and adapting to improving systems and working practices.
Responsibilities- Communicate with Wealth Managers and their Associates, providing support with administration duties.
- Prepare and process all new client documentation and amendments.
- Monitor transfers of assets and cash from other institutions.
- Support ISA subscriptions and transfers.
- Process payments for clients.
- Liaise with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
- Ensure client details and reviews are recorded correctly in systems.
- General record keeping and electronic filing.
- Adhere to Conduct Risk standards.
- Experience in administration within the discretionary wealth management sector preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 Suite and Outlook essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive individual.
- Awareness of MiFID II legislative framework.
