MA Commercial Vehicle Inspector, Mobile

Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA dealer group in New England, is seeking a Licensed Massachusetts Commercial Vehicle Inspector for a mobile position, based in Shrewsbury, MA.

• $2,500 sign-on bonus ($1,250 with first paycheck, $1,250 at 90 days)
• $25.00 - $35.00 hourly, based on experience
• Overtime at time and a half

• CDL Class A or B
• Massachusetts Commercial Vehicle Inspector License
• Ability to work independently at customer locations
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
• All Candidates must pass a CORI check, criminal background check, MVR check and Drug test

• Verify vehicle identification and enter accurate vehicle information into the inspection system
• Inspect and record vehicle equipment and options, including damage and missing or inoperable items
• Perform basic mechanical inspections on vehicles including powertrain, drivetrain, structural, and electrical components
• Interpret and analyze inspection results
• Maintain quality records as needed
• Other tasks as assigned
