Role DescriptionThis is an on-site role located in Shrewsbury, MA, with both Full-time and Part-time opportunities available for a Dental Sales Representative. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals while promoting ICO Dental Group’s product offerings. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, providing product knowledge, and collaborating with clients to meet their specific needs.
The role will involve regular visits to clients, attending relevant industry events, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong sales, business development, and client acquisition skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information effectively
- Knowledge of dental products and industry trends
- Proficiency in relationship management and customer service
- Self-motivation and organizational skills to manage schedules and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
- Prior experience in dental sales or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
