Night Crew Chief

Overview

Join our team as a Grocery Crew Chief and lead a group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night. You will supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies.

• Lead and supervise nightly store operations, including stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions.
• Train new team members and monitor inventory levels.
• Resolve issues and ensure compliance with store policies.
• Coordinate deliveries and keep shelves organized and stocked.

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Can work 11PM-7AM or 12PM-8AM.
