Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool

Saint Vincent Hospital is a 381-bed hospital located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Founded in 1893, the hospital has provided high‑quality care to the community for over a century.

The Registered Nurse provides direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis. The RN also supervises staff, delegates appropriate care, and supports the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care and resource management.

36 hours per week, nights.

Successful completion of a background check and pre‑employment health screening, including a drug screen, is required.

Up to $15,000 for the sign‑on bonus.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred.

• Current RN licensure in the State of Massachusetts.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
• American Heart Association ACLS Certification required in some areas.
• Certificate in specialty recommended.

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year RN experience in specialty area preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
