We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Operations Lead to support a new manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on CNC professional with a strong programming background and the ability to lead, mentor, and problem-solve in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background as a machinist or experience with CNC manufacturers.
- Advanced proficiency in G-code and CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, Solid Works CAM)
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, materials, and GD&T
- Experience supporting new equipment installs, facility startups, or production ramp-ups
