Job Summary

Griswold Home Care is seeking a passionate and driven Community Liaison to serve as the vital link between our agency and the Worcester County community. In this part-time, salaried position (with commission), you’ll play a key role in promoting our services, advocating for those in need of home care, and building lasting partnerships with healthcare providers and local organizations. If you're a motivated professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Griswold Home Care at health fairs, community events, and fundraisers.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, councils on aging, and other community stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute community outreach strategies to raise awareness of services and increase referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach goals.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the community, addressing inquiries and educating individuals about our services.
  • Organize and present educational workshops and presentations for community members and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay informed on healthcare trends and evolving community needs.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (e.g., communications, business, healthcare).
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 year in community outreach, business development, or similar—preferably within home care, healthcare, or social services.
  • Proven success in networking, relationship building, and business/revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—written, and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong sense of empathy, with a deep understanding of community needs.
  • Flexible, organized, and highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary:
    Part-time salary plus monthly commission based on outreach and performance.
