• Evaluate patients' physical and occupational performance to develop personalized therapy plans
• Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions to achieve patient goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct patient education and training on daily living skills and adaptive equipment
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
