We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our team at Shrewsbury Rehabilitation and Nursing  a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. • Evaluate patients' physical and occupational abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement effective occupational therapy programs to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)
