Your Role and ImpactAs a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Schedule:
You’ll have full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you. - Administrative Support: Focus on what you do best—clinical care—while our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you with more time to focus on your work and patients.
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
