Role Description

Our current toddler teacher is scheduled for maternity leave. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shrewsbury, MA, for a Toddler Teacher at Lilliput Early Childhood Center starting mid March. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for preparing and implementing lesson plans that align with the multi-sensory curriculum, engaging with children in a nurturing and developmentally appropriate way to foster their growth.

Additional duties include maintaining open and effective communication with families, promoting social-emotional and cognitive development, and supporting children’s learning through interactive and creative activities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and developing age-appropriate educational activities
  • Educational skills with a background in early childhood development or a related field
  • Strong Communication skills for maintaining effective relationships with families and staff
  • Experience in Teaching and providing meaningful instruction to young children
  • Knowledge in Training, mentoring, or supporting children in their learning and development
