Warehouse Lead

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team!

As a Lead Warehouse Associate for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you'll become a pivotal part of our team’s success. In this role you will assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations along with pro‑longed projects. In addition, you would be delegating tasks to individuals, having the warehouse staff cross‑trained in other warehouse areas, prioritizing projects and cleanliness, and keeping teammates engaged.

• Check in daily sales and compare the system and the contract for accuracy. Correct any discrepancies in the system.
• Ensure data accuracy.
• Work with the Window Team to locate and pull inventory.
• Ensure Warehouse team is production and plan projects during downtime, assigning duties.
• Ensure that all safety standards are met.
• Send post shift email to Warehouse Manager and ensure smooth transition to next shift.
• Keep work area organized and clean.
• Other Job Duties as assigned.

• Ability to build relationships in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet objectives.
• Ideal candidate is organized and detail oriented.
• High school Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.
• Current OSHA Forklift Certificate preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand often while carrying weight.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
