Overview
Job Title: Yoga Instructor.
Location: Yoga sessions are held at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 2d FSS Fitness Center.
Schedule: 4 Yoga classes per week are required. These classes are scheduled within the general operating hours of Monday through Friday, 06:00 to 18:00.
Responsibilities- Lead sessions that incorporate various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to ensure all participants, regardless of skill level, can follow along safely.
- Create a calm and welcoming environment conducive to physical and mental wellness.
- Emphasize proper form and alignment to prevent injury.
- Must hold a current certification in Yoga instruction from a recognized organization.
- CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required.
- Experience teaching yoga classes is strongly preferred.
