Housing Specialist

Earn $20.70/hour + $7,500/yearly mileage stipend.

• Coordinate housing services for all individuals served by the F/ACT team.
• Assist individuals in the procurement of safe and affordable housing and related necessities while developing a relationship with landlords.
• Ensure individuals have adequate financial support and teach and promote money management skills; support individuals in the performance of household activities (cleaning, organizing, etc.).
• Educate and support individuals’ families and advocate for individuals’ rights and preferences.
• Attend housing-related meetings in the community and act as a liaison with stakeholders.
