Instrument​/Electrical Technician - Level 2

Overview

As an Instrument/Electrical Technician - Level 2 at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology solutions that support our customers  needs in the energy and sustainability sectors. Your expertise in I&E systems will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our products and services. You will report directly to our Site I&E Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Shreveport, LA location on an on-site schedule.

In this role, you will impact the performance and reliability of I&E systems, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Instrumentation and Electrical systems and components.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure system functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Perform electronic assembly, testing, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure the quality and functionality of electronic products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instrumentation and Electrical systems maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of Instrumentation and Electrical components and systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment used in I&E troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to electronic systems.
