- Anthony, Maintenance Technician II
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns in a timely manner to keep operations running smoothly.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and facility systems as needed.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and improve overall efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and industry safety regulations.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
- Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field (manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred).
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, welding, and fabrication is a plus.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.).
