Outside Sales Representative

Present and sell company products & services to new and existing customers for your designated territory including, but not limited to, mechanical contractors and end-users.

• Identifying market growth opportunities in order to prospect and contact new customers
• Meet with contractors and engineers to establish, build, and maintain relationships
• Work with specifying engineers to help design upcoming projects
• Reach agreed upon sales targets for your territory
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Work directly with estimating department to bid on and secure new construction projects
• Project manage jobs for your customer base
• Provide support to your customer during bid, through the negotiation process, and after the sale

• Knowledge of and/or experience in the commercial HVAC industry
• Ability to accept coaching
• Self Motivated
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Degree Preferred, but not required
