Front Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Sales Representative to assist customers, sell products, and operate a cash register in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves standing for long periods, actively engaging with customers, and selling items such as wood, tools, and mechanical products.

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly service
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions
• Sell wood, tools, and mechanical-related items
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and assist with inventory as needed
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Follow safety and company procedures

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate items
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cashiering skills
• Ability to learn product knowledge (wood, tools, mechanical items)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Experience selling hardware, tools, or building materials
• Mechanical or hands-on product knowledge
• Cash handling experience
