As a Full‑time Brand Associate, you’ll live the Old Navy brand and provide excellent customer service to build brand loyalty. You’ll use product knowledge to educate, inspire, and help customers make wardrobe decisions while collaborating with your leadership team to deliver a best‑in‑class omnichannel experience.

• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.

• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

• A customer‑focused service provider both on and off the sales floor.
• A passion for retail and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• A problem solver focused on continuous improvement, learning, and openness to feedback.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Capable of utilizing retail technology.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office.
