As a Mobile Expert, you will work as part of a retail team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You will be a brand ambassador, building energy and excitement around our products and services, and connecting deeply with customers by understanding their needs and educating them on device and service solutions. This is a learning role, with training provided, preparing you for potential advancement to Retail Associate Manager.

• Providing excellent customer service and building loyalty
• Assisting customers in their shopping journey, both online and in-store
• Demonstrating the latest technology and personalized solutions
• Using digital tools to enhance customer interactions
• Collaborating with team members and other channels to ensure a seamless customer experience

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
