Health and Beauty associates are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.

As a Team Leader, you will lead a group of Health & Beauty associates, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient merchandising, and adherence to store standards. You will monitor daily operations, provide coaching, track performance, and collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales objectives.
