AE - Merchandise Leader; Part-Time

As the Merchandise Leader, you serve as the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure store visual standards are consistently perfect. Your focus is on executing effective floorsets, merchandising updates, and replenishment so the store remains guest‑ready and aligned with the AEO brand.

• Drive outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead floorset execution: train the floorset team, set clear goals, and maintain quality across all areas.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store in tip‑top shape.
• Support the team leader in maintaining brand standards through adjustments and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store and stockroom safety standards, adhere to AEO policies, and assist with shrink‑reduction strategies.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Retail merchandising experience with proven visual skills.
