The Real Estate Agent is responsible for representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through closing. OBJECTIVES
  • Prospect for, attract, and convert buyers and sellers through networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities
  • Guide clients through the full real estate transaction process, from listing to closing
  • Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and buyer consultations
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts in the best interest of clients
  • Collaborate with transaction coordinators and operations staff to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Maintain compliance with Louisiana real estate laws and brokerage policies
  • Utilize CRM systems and transaction platforms to manage pipelines and client communication
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and brokerage-hosted classes
