The RN and LPN staff are responsible for providing the highest level of nursing and medical management using a collaborative multidisciplinary approach. The Nurse-Patient ratio is 1:5 or 1:6 with nursing assistants as support staff. The shift is 12 hours with a rotation schedule, working every other weekend. Orientation with preceptor is provided according to experience and level of comfort.
