Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

Overview:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where your expertise will be vital in delivering specialized patient care to critically ill individuals.

Pay Package: $2,116 Weekly

Schedule:

Mid Shift 12 hour

Required Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with ICU expertise
  • Proficiency in EPIC documentation and medical records
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in using computers and web-based applications
  • Ability to adapt behavior to meet the specific needs of diverse patient populations
  • Excellent assessment and teaching skills
  • Leadership capability in managing nursing team resources and collaborating across disciplines

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Other Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification – 12-month blue card from Crisis Prevention Institute
  • SCRN certification is a plus
  • Physical ability to perform heavy work, including exerting force for object movement and standing or walking for significant periods
  • Exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, and communicable diseases is inherent in the role
  • Workplace may involve exposure to hazardous medications, waste, and environments with communicable disease risk
