Concrete Batch Plant Operator $1300 w/ OT>+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- Experience as a Concrete Batch Plant Operator
- Experience operating computerized batching systems (Command Batch or similar software)
- Knowledge of concrete mix designs and quality control procedures
- Ability to perform daily plant maintenance (cleaning mixers, lubricating conveyors, changing filters)
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and climb ladders
- Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments
- English or Spanish (Bilingual preferred)
- Flexible schedule availability
- 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
- 30-minute paid lunch
- Schedule may adjust due to weather or production needs
- Temp to Perm
