We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in a heavy industrial environment. This role is responsible for performing both corrective and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and support production goals. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and a track record of maintaining reliability in high‑demand operations.

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and mechanical systems.
• Support and execute preventive maintenance schedules during shift operations.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, including root cause, context, and corrective actions, in SAP.
• Inspect equipment and facilities; perform scheduled building repairs and report issues proactively.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support repair and installation work.
• Collaborate with the Reliability team to address critical maintenance priorities and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards (JRA, Hot Work, Lockout/Tagout, etc.).
• Maintain lubrication, hydraulic fluids, and spare parts inventories; monitor reorder points for critical components.
• Support maintenance shutdowns by coordinating with operators and assisting with mechanical tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, updating and refining maintenance plans as needed.

• PLC Systems:
  Allen Bradley Control Logix
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs):
  Allen Bradley Power Flex
• Motors: AC (GE, Baldor, others), DC (GE, Reliance)
• Instrumentation:
  Thermocouples, pressure, level, and flow transmitters and switches
• Software: IBA Analyzer for monitoring critical production variables
• Electrical Equipment:
  Switchgear, contractors, and industrial control cabinets

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of millwright practices, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Proven experience maintaining and troubleshooting high‑demand production equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
