Currently, we are searching for an Assistant Manager to work at New Zion Apartment Community in Shreveport, LA.

• Assist in directing and supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Rent collection and posting.
• Actively work on collecting delinquent rent.
• Process invoices.
• Complete move‑out inspections.
• Assist in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests.
• Enter work orders.
• Update make‑readies in Yardi.

• Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Candidate must have a full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to details needed.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of Tax Credit, HUD, and Property Management experience preferred.
• Background screening and drug test required.
