Responsibilities- In-Person/onsite Position daily, Monday through Friday
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Store in compliance with established policies and procedures
- Plan and implement the daily operations of the Collision Center to meet overall KPI and insurance metrics
- Coach and empower team members in their individual roles
- Maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving customers
- Lead by example at all times
- Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center
- Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives
- Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews
- Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center
- Maintain a clean and organized repair facility and monitor shop equipment maintenance, including the paint booth
- Provide training for staff and ensure safety gear and dress code adherence
- Open and close the facility daily per established procedures
- Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm throughput and delivery dates
- Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards; manage store capacity
- Lead and manage all repair facility personnel
- Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings and attend monthly managers meetings
- Attend training and workshops as recommended by Senior Leadership Team
- Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
- 2 - 3 years minimum prior CCC1 experience and auto collision estimating required
- 4-5 years prior customer service excellence required
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to consistently deliver a positive client experience
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills

CompensationCompensation Details:
- Estimated $80,000 - $100,000+ / Annually
- with Unlimited PTO + Bonuses
Compensation is commensurate with location, skill, education, and experience.
