• In-Person/onsite Position daily, Monday through Friday
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Store in compliance with established policies and procedures
• Plan and implement the daily operations of the Collision Center to meet overall KPI and insurance metrics
• Coach and empower team members in their individual roles
• Maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving customers
• Lead by example at all times
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility and monitor shop equipment maintenance, including the paint booth
• Provide training for staff and ensure safety gear and dress code adherence
• Open and close the facility daily per established procedures
• Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm throughput and delivery dates
• Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards; manage store capacity
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings and attend monthly managers meetings
• Attend training and workshops as recommended by Senior Leadership Team
• Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
• 2 - 3 years minimum prior CCC1 experience and auto collision estimating required
• 4-5 years prior customer service excellence required

• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to consistently deliver a positive client experience
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills

Compensation Details:

• Estimated $80,000 - $100,000+ / Annually
• with Unlimited PTO + Bonuses

Compensation is commensurate with location, skill, education, and experience.
