Position Summary:

A premier luxury home builder in the Shreveport-Bossier City area is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential construction projects. This office-based role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong financial acumen and extensive permitting and contractor coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
Manage multiple luxury home construction projects (valued between $5-$10 million) from inception to completion.
Financial Oversight:
Utilize Quick Books for budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project expenses.
Data Management:
Maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports using advanced Excel skills.
Permitting:
Lead the permitting process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up with local and state regulatory agencies.
Contractor Liaison:
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Client Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction project management.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Quick Books.
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent construction projects.
Proven experience with heavy permitting processes in residential construction.
Strong background in contractor coordination and vendor management.
Experience in client-facing roles, particularly with high-value residential clients.
Solid understanding of construction accounting and financial controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with luxury home building standards and practices.
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting regulations in Louisiana.
