Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam’s Club.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr.

• Maintain a clean and safe parking lot, restrooms, and floor areas, ensuring members see a well-kept facility.
• Continuously sweep and clean while on your feet, adapting quickly to changing work scenarios.
• Prioritize member satisfaction and create a positive first and last impression for all visitors.
• Attend to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash following the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotating stock and placing orders when supplies are low.
• Report any unsafe situations to Management promptly.
• Operate efficiently in a physically demanding environment, working an entire shift on your feet.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in maintenance or custodial work is a plus.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced and physically demanding environments.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a positive attitude and member satisfaction.

Additional compensation may include hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
