Job duties and responsibilities:

• Demonstrates a winning personality with refinement and character. Displaying an outgoing personality using confidence and style.
• Performs all assigned tasks with enthusiasm, professionalism and exceeds our customer’s expectations.
• Provides professional greeting when interacting with guests and housekeeping personnel.
• Ensures that all assigned rooms are properly cleaned with amenities and guest supplies placed as standards dictate.
• Ensures that all housekeeping closets are properly stocked, neat and clean.
• Reports any maintenance issues to dispatch.
• Accurately uses proper telephone/radio techniques and etiquette.
• Relates effectively in one‑on‑one situations with guests and other members of the company.
• Maintains knowledge of all Bally’s programs, promotions, activities and functions.
• Answers patrons’ complaints and resolves problems.
• Carries out safety and emergency procedures, including fire, crowd control, inclement weather and bomb threats.
• Communicates with guests and directs, escorts them to various facilities and functions within the property.
• Interacts with guests and other room attendants in a courteous, empathetic and discreet manner.
• Supports and maintains Bally’s courtesy guidelines to guests and employees.
• Promotes outstanding guest relations.
• Performs tasks outlined on the daily checklist.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year’s previous experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
