Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM Maintain 1:2 patient ratio with 10-bed unit capacity Work every other weekend as required Float to other ICU units when Neuro ICU is overstaffed or other units are critically understaffed Must have 2 years of ICU experience required Epic charting system experience required Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI Preferred certification: NIHSS Royal blue scrubs required 24-hour orientation provided Self-scheduling system One pre-approved time off allowed Care for neurosurgery ICU patients including post-craniotomy and traumatic brain injury cases Perform frequent neuro checks and accompany patients to CT/MRI studies Manage external ventricular drains (EVDs) and specialized neuro equipment Must live more than 65 miles from facility (no local travelers accepted) May be assigned to emergency response team during facility emergencies Unit accepts first-time travelers Louisiana or compact license required upon submittal Facility:
