** Job Duties
*** Greets patients/visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Assists patients in/out of vehicle in a safe manner.
* Directs patients/visitors to the appropriate departments and accurately answer patients’ questions.
* Works harmoniously with volunteers and medical personnel to ensure a steady supply of wheelchairs at front doors through the day.
* Maintains assigned entrances in a clean and orderly manner.
* Participates in activities for personnel development and required training.
* Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.
* Other related duties as required.
