Christus Health - - - Responsibilities:
Monitor heart rhythms continuously on central telemetry and identify baseline rhythms.;
Communicate rhythm changes and ectopy to the appropriate nursing staff and document in logs.;
Perform clerical tasks related to patients' medical records and file reports (e.g., 12-hour strip reviews, alarm records) promptly.;
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team, physicians, staff, patients, and families; facilitate caregiver communication.;
Perform department maintenance duties, ensure transmitters are clean, functional, and inventory is up-to-date; report malfunctions promptly.
