The Ideal Candidate

  • Accounts Receivable Experience (Preferred):

    Skills:

    You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Clinical/Medical Knowledge:
    Veterinary or medical experience is a plus, helping you understand the importance of accurate scheduling, recordkeeping, and patient care coordination.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    You’re comfortable with computer systems, scheduling software, and medical records management.
  • Team Player:
    You bring a collaborative, positive attitude and thrive as part of a supportive team.
  • Bilingual (Preferred):
    Fluency in English and Spanish is a bonus!

  • Greeting and assisting clients with professionalism, empathy, and warmth.
