The Call Center Specialist receives intake calls and unplanned individual/family walk‑ins with compassion, empathy, a sense of service and urgency, and ensures each person receives an appropriate assessment by intake or referral. Thorough and accurate documentation of calls and other intake‑related paperwork is a critical component of the job.

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Social Services field required. - Hours
: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday
