Maintains and repairs all systems in the general operation of the property, involving work of a varied nature.

• Maintain and repair all building systems including plumbing, lighting, electrical, and HVAC.
• Maintain records and logs as required by the facilities office.
• Coordinate with other departments for special projects, work requests, and assignments.
• Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers, employees, vendors, and the general public.
• Other duties may be assigned.
