Quality Engineer

Overview

Quality Engineer – Manufacturing – Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Quality Engineer focused on driving product quality, process control, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, solid engineering fundamentals, and hands-on experience in production quality.

• Audit processes, products, and quality systems to ensure compliance
• Lead corrective actions, CAPA, and process improvements
• Analyze failures, deviations, and customer complaints
• Create and maintain quality documentation (MEFAs, reports, indicators)
• Support customer inspections and demonstrate product compliance
• Implement containment and preventive actions to avoid recurrence

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years in production quality
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (UL/FM a plus)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shreveport, LA.

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $41.00/hr.
