Korzen Health is partnering with a leading not-for-profit hospital in the heart of Shreveport, Louisiana , to recruit a Board-Certified/Eligible Neurologist . This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving practice within a 230-bed teaching hospital affiliated with LSU , working alongside Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents.
Position Highlights:- Inpatient/Outpatient mix (Monday Friday) with dedicated Hospitalist support.
- Clinic Procedures: EMG, EEG, Botox, LPs (clinic co-located with Cardiology for seamless referrals).
- Flexible Call:
Tele-Stroke coverage provided by Ochsner Clinic. - Teaching Opportunities:
Mentor LSU residents (optional). - Autonomy:
Shape your practice with a built-in referral network from 700+ multi-specialty providers.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
- Generous PTO: 30 days off + 5 CME days annually.
- Base Salary + Sign-On Bonus.

Malpractice, CME allowance, 403(b) retirement, student loan repayment. - RVU Incentive:
Transition to productivity-based model after Year 1 (earning potential up to $500K+).
